The Devon and Exeter Institution is a grade II* listed building situated in Cathedral Close, Exeter looking onto the Cathedral. The building is a subscription library, housing a priceless collection of historic books.
The project included the construction of a new extension and Garden room, up-grading of the mechanical and electrical services, including air source heat pumps, Photovoltaic system, together with re-ordering, repairs and conservation works to the Grade II* historic library. Specialist bespoke curved glazing replacement and installation to historic lantern structure.
